We are a family business and own the student houses that we advertise ensuring that standards are maintained and problems are dealt with promptly. Renting student accommodation from us means that you will have the continuity of dealing with only family members. We don't hire staff as we feel that it is important to get to know our tenants and gain their trust.
The student accommodation we have to offer is maintained to a high standard and extensively cleaned every summer. If we wouldn't want to live there ourselves then why would you? We regularly update our student houses to ensure that they meet modern standards. All student houses are fully double glazed and feature modern combination boilers providing instant hot water and heating.
As required by law all our student accommodation has a Gas Safe Certificate to ensure that all gas appliances are safe and working properly. Mains wired smoke detectors are fitted in all student houses to ensure you are alerted in the event of a fire.
We are constantly striving to improve the standard of our service to ensure that we continue to be one of the very best student landlords in Lancaster.
