We are family business and own all the properties we advertise ensuring that standards are maintained and problems are dealt with promptly. Renting a property from us means that you will have the continuity of dealing with only family members. We don't hire staff as we feel that it is important to get to know our tenants and gain their trust.
All of our properties are maintained to a high standard and are extensively cleaned every summer. If we wouldn't want to live there ourselves then why would you! We regularly update the properties to ensure that they meet modern standards. All properties are fully double glazed and feature modern combination boilers providing instant hot water and heating.
As required my law every property has a Gas Safe certificate to ensure that all gas appliances are safe and working properly. Mains wired smoke detectors are fitted in every property to ensure you are alerted in the event of a fire.
We are constantly striving to improve the standard of our service to

Lancaster. We take the needs of our tenants very seriously and
